
CANCELLATION

Moorah reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if that is the case and return any payment that you have made.

You are not allowed to cancel the order once an order confirmed upon the payment is made.
RETURN / REFUND
You shall examine the goods immediately upon receiving them for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged via our customer service email at support@moorah.co within 7 days of receipt; otherwise, we reserve the right to reject the claim. The claim is subject to approval from moorah.co upon the investigation
Upon confirmation of the return/refund item, customers are required to send back the product using the consignment note provided by our customer service.
You shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the product until it is received by us. Moorah shall hold no liability for any loss or damage to the product prior to receiving it. You are advised to pack the product safely to prevent any loss or damage to the product or its box or original packaging.
Exchange of the product can be arranged for the following reasons:
- If the product delivered is damaged or defective; or
- If the product is near expiry or expired; or
- If the product is different from what was ordered.
Products for return must be returned in their original condition, quantity, and packaging as first delivered to the customer, along with proof of purchase.
We will inspect the returned product upon receipt. If one or more of the conditions in clause 6 above are fulfilled, you are entitled to choose between an exchange (subject to stock availability) within 30 days from the approved return date.
Products/items classified under medical devices, disposable items, or one-time-use items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
If a product that was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, we will replace a product.
If any product(s) that were not part of your order are delivered to you, we will arrange to collect the product(s) from you.
If you were charged for a product that was not delivered, please to contact our customer service for a goods deliver.
Customs procedures and regulations vary by country and may result in outcomes beyond our control. Moorah is not liable for any delays or holds caused by international customs.
Promotional/sale items and purchases made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
